Our first
conversation.

Where the relationship begins.

Every Veraventis engagement begins with a private conversation. Not a brief. Not a pitch. A discussion of what is at stake, what would make the work worth undertaking, and whether there is fit on both sides.

Enquiries are read personally. Responses are written in kind.

— What to share

Tell us what is at stake.

The more context you can share — the moment approaching, the audience that matters, the question you are trying to answer — the more useful the first conversation will be.

If the request is sensitive, write only what feels appropriate. We will follow up with the same care.

Every enquiry is read personally and treated as confidential from the first message.

— Before you write

What happens after your message arrives.

What happens after I write?

Your enquiry is read by Veraventis directly. If there appears to be a fit, we reply personally to arrange a confidential first conversation — typically within seven days.

No proposal is prepared before that conversation. No details are shared or used publicly. If the fit is not right, we will say so directly.

What does the first conversation look like?

A private call or in-person meeting, depending on circumstances. Thirty to sixty minutes. We discuss the moment ahead, the audiences that matter, and what would make the work worth undertaking together.

It is a conversation about fit, not a sales call.

Is everything I share kept confidential?

Yes. Every conversation begins under confidentiality, from the first message. We do not discuss enquiries with third parties, name leaders we have spoken with, or use details from a conversation as marketing.

If you prefer to share only minimal context in writing and the rest in conversation, that is the most common path.

What if I am not sure Veraventis is the right firm?

Then a first conversation is the right next step. We are direct about fit. If the work you need is not what we do, we will say so — and where possible, point you toward a more appropriate resource.
